Yes. The SKAT web portal is fully optimized for mobile browsers. While there is currently no dedicated mobile app, the system works smoothly through standard browsers such as Google Chrome and Safari, allowing you to submit release requests and check container status directly from your smartphone.

I have three employees—one handles repairs, one manages logistics, and one is the company director. Can each of them have different access permissions?

We can create separate SKAT accounts for each employee. At present, however, the system does not support different user permission levels. All authorized users have the same access rights.

How quickly is a container’s status updated after repairs?

The status of a repaired container is normally updated within one business day after the repair work has been completed.

Can I download monthly Excel reports for accounting purposes?

SKAT allows customers to export reports showing the movement and operational history of their containers. For invoices, storage charges, and other financial documentation, please contact your account manager directly.

Can my freight forwarder accidentally release the wrong container through SKAT?

No. The system prevents users from releasing containers that do not belong to their own storage inventory.

What happens if your internet connection or server goes down? Will I lose visibility of my container fleet?

No. Even during a temporary local system outage, terminal operations continue manually through our dispatch team. You can always contact the dispatcher by phone for current information. Once the system is restored, all offline operations are uploaded automatically into SKAT. Our servers are fully backed up, and throughout the history of the SKAT system there has been no loss of customer data.

I need a service that isn’t listed in the online request menu—for example, a pre-sale inspection or video documentation of my container. Can I request that through SKAT?

If your container is already stored at the terminal, these custom services can be arranged through your account manager. Our team will coordinate the request and organize the required inspection or documentation.
