We are selling used 20ft HC CW shipping containers in Minsk
We are offering used 20-foot High Cube (HC) shipping containers in Minsk in Cargo Worthy condition. Price: $2,500. Each container has undergone mandatory pre-sale preparation: we checked the roof, floor, doors, and seals. Everything that needs to work, works. Everything that needs to be airtight, is airtight. This rare 20ft format with extra height is available at a highly reasonable price. You are welcome to visit, inspect, and select a container at our terminal.
HC 20ft: Compact, but Tall
A standard 20ft DC container has an internal height of about 2.39 meters. The 20ft HC adds another 30 centimeters — nearly 2.7 meters from floor to ceiling. This is a case where size truly matters. You can walk inside at full height, install double-tier racking, or roll in equipment that simply wouldn't fit vertically in a standard DC. And since the container is only 6 meters long, it fits easily on a small plot and can be moved by a standard crane truck. CW condition means you get a fully functional container without paying a premium for a showroom appearance.

Why Choose a 20ft HC Over a Standard 20ft DC?
A 30-centimeter difference might seem small on paper, but in practice, it solves several specific operational problems.
Vertical Storage
Double-tier racking, diagonal storage of long items, tall furniture — anything that would otherwise hit the ceiling of a standard container.
Conversion into a Site Office or Workshop
After insulating the floor and ceiling, the usable height in a standard DC drops to 2.25–2.30 meters. In a High Cube, you retain about 2.6 meters — similar to a standard apartment ceiling. It’s comfortable to work and stay inside all day.
Transporting Tall Equipment
Retail shelving, exhibition structures, machinery — the High Cube allows you to transport them vertically rather than laying them on their side.
What CW Condition Means for a 20ft HC
CW stands for Cargo Worthy — "fit for cargo." It’s not a showroom piece, but an honest, working container that fully performs its function.
Shell & Frame
Corrugated steel walls are intact, with no through-holes or cracks. The frame has no deep pitting corrosion. Surface rust and cosmetic dents that do not compromise airtightness are permitted. The CSC safety approval plate is in place and legible.
Doors & Seals
Doors open and close normally, and the locking mechanism is fully operational. Rubber gaskets are supple, tear-free, and seal flush against the frame — the container does not leak. The roof is checked for light leaks from the inside, ruling out any seepage.
Flooring
The plywood is flat, with no sagging, rot, or mold. Paint chips, scuffs, and minor scratches are acceptable. The floor supports forklift traffic and does not require immediate replacement.
What CW Doesn't Mean (But You Should Know)
CW is about functionality, not aesthetics. The exterior may have rust streaks, traces of old stickers, scratches, and scuffs. This is completely normal for a container that has honestly done its time in marine transport. If you need a clean, tidy container without cosmetic flaws, look toward IICL. If you need a reliable working tool for a reasonable price, CW is your choice.
How Pre-Sale Preparation of a 20ft HC CW Works
Before sale, every container goes through four inspection stages at our terminal.
Shell & Roof Inspection
Walking the perimeter to check walls for through-defects. Special attention is paid to the bottom of the side walls and corner posts. The roof is inspected from the inside for light leaks: if there’s a micro-crack, it will be visible immediately.
Floor Testing
Tapping and visual inspection of every floorboard. The plywood must not spring underfoot. We also check for chemical odors — if the container previously carried chemicals or organics, the smell is permanent.
Door & Geometry Test
Doors must close without the need for a crowbar or binding. Locking handles turn freely. The rubber gasket is checked around the entire perimeter. The container is placed on a level surface to check for "racking" (frame twist or distortion).
Final Preparation
Hinges and locking mechanisms are lubricated. Minor cosmetic flaws on weld seams are touched up if necessary. Marking legibility and the presence of the CSC plate are verified.

Why Do Customers Buy 20ft HC CW Containers in Belarus?
1. Storage on a Small Plot
When space is limited but you need to store a lot. The High Cube allows for double-tier vertical storage. The container takes up only 15 m² of ground space but provides nearly 40 cubic meters of usable volume. Ideal for a dacha, small production facility, or construction site.
2. Conversion into a Site Office, Workshop, or Guard Post
The 20ft format is easy to move with a crane truck — no large crane needed. After interior finishing, a High Cube retains a ceiling height of about 2.6 meters. In CW condition, the container is functionally fully operational, and any exterior cosmetic flaws will be covered by insulation and cladding anyway.
3. Transporting Tall Cargo Within Belarus and the Customs Union
When a standard 20ft DC is too short, but running a half-empty 40ft container is uneconomical. The High Cube solves this: tall equipment fits inside, while transport costs remain at the 20ft level.
